Characteristics : This wine has a beautiful pale yellow colour and is fresh on the palate. Notes of small white-fleshed fruits with tropical notes and “pomelo” develop in the mouth. The presence of the Macabeu grape brings fatness to this wine, which is largely balanced by its natural acidity, which gives it a rare possibility of ageing for a biodynamic wine. This wine, which tastes well, evokes our region, the South of France, by its contrasting harmony of light/strong, light/fruity, fresh/structured.
